Born and raised in the Philippines, Jennifer Krkic moved to the United States in 2018 and built a thriving real estate career in Las Vegas with HomeSmart Encore Las Vegas and the Krkic Aleman Real Estate Group.
She founded YGC Assist to provide reliable support to U.S. businesses while creating meaningful opportunities for skilled Filipino professionals. Her goal is to connect American businesses with Filipino talent and help both sides grow.

Goran Krkic is the Broker and Co-Owner of HomeSmart Encore and brings extensive experience in real estate, business strategy, and client relationships.
Through YGC Assist, Goran supports the company’s mission of connecting U.S. businesses with skilled Filipino talent. His experience in leadership and business operations helps guide YGC Assist in delivering reliable, strategic, and high-quality support to businesses in the United States.
With a practical and forward-thinking approach, Goran believes in building strong partnerships, creating opportunities, and helping both businesses and Filipino professionals grow together.

Annie Jen is an Operations and Marketing Lead based in Panabo, Philippines, with experience in business operations, digital marketing, project coordination, and creative content development.
At YGC Assist, she supports daily operations, leads marketing initiatives, coordinates projects, and develops efficient systems that help businesses stay organized and grow.
Kaye is a creative professional specializing in Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing. She brings a strong eye for visual storytelling and helps brands create engaging content and meaningful digital experiences.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to growth, Kaye combines creativity, professionalism, and fresh ideas to help brands connect with their audience.
Daniel Apali is a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator based in Davao City, Philippines, specializing in keeping transactions organized, on track, and moving smoothly from contract to closing.
He coordinates documents, monitors critical deadlines, communicates with all parties, and ensures that important details are handled efficiently. With a proactive and reliable approach, he helps real estate professionals streamline their transaction process, deliver a better client experience, and focus on growing their business.
